Kittridge Gardens I:
Kittridge Gardens I is a wonderful family community in Reseda featuring one-,
two- and three-bedroom apartments. It is located near the Northridge Fashion
Center and the Topanga Plaza, and is close to mass transit as well as the 101,
118 and 405 freeways. Enjoy a basketball court and three laundry facilities on
site, and walk to nearby Reseda Park. Children can also participate in a summer
camp program.
Kittridge Gardens II:
Like its sister property, Kittridge Gardens II is also a wonderful family
community, except it features four-bedroom apartments with balconies in
addition to two- and three-bedroom units. Enjoy a large courtyard and BBQ area,
proximity to major freeways and malls such as the Northridge Fashion Center,
and a playground for the children. Kittridge Gardens II is also near Ventura
Boulevard, a major thoroughfare offering world-class dining and shopping.
